* If you are unsure which version you have, there are a couple of ways to find out:

  1. Sign in to your Account Management Help Page and click on “Knowledge Base”, found below “Customer Support”. If you are directed to the “Software Support Center” on the new page, you have a Desktop version. If you are directed to the “Cloud Support Center”, you have a Cloud version.
  2. Still unsure of your version? Try Live Chatting with one of our Support representatives using the Live Chat option in the bottom left corner of this page. If no chat agents are available, you will still have the option to send an e-mail directly to our support team.
